Breastfeeding and Parenting Solutions carries products that mothers have requested and found helpful. We carry the full line of Ameda, Hygeia and Medela products and parts. However, due to their disregard of the World Health Organization (WHO) Code of marketing, Medela's product line has been removed from my web site. I continue to carry and use their products.
Article 2 Scope of the Code
"The code applies to the marketing,and practices thereto, or the following products:breast-milk substitutes, artificial infant; other milk products, foods and beverages including bottle-fed complementary foods, when marketed or otherwise represented to be suitable, with or without modification, for use as a partial or total replacement of breast-milk feeding bottles and teats. It also applies to their quality and availability, and to information concerning their use."
